- Please submit one
form for each tour you want to reserve.
- Deadline
to receive reservations is two weeks prior to the group program
startup date. Bookings can be made on site subject to availability.
- We will contact you should your
selection(s) be sold out or the information submitted is incorrect.
- GDS
will also have a Hospitality Desk in the hotel to assist
you with any tour or activity bookings. Please print a copy
of this form prior to submitting, and bring it with you in your
carry-on. Tickets will be handed to you at the desk.
- CANCELLATIONS.
Please advise any cancellations with as much notice as possible
to avoid cancellation penalties as stated on the group's printed materials.
No-shows and late cancellations are to be charged 100%.
PAYMENT
INSTRUCTIONS:
Upon arrival to the hotel, please be prepared to pay for your
services at the group's hospitality desk. You can pay Cash, Traveler's
Cheques, Visa, Master Card or American Express or charge to your
room.
