- Please
refer to the information sent to you by the group organizers
regarding cost of transportation.
- Upon
arrival to Cancun Airport, please look for our uniformed staff
located outside the terminal. We will have signs bearing the
name of your group, and our uniforms are Beige shirts with
Blue slacks.
- For
those purchasing departure transfers, please stop by our Hospitality
Desk to receive your departure notice. Departure from main lobby
generally takes place three hours prior to your flight departure
time from Moon Palace & other Palace Resorts in Cancun Area; and 4 hours from the Aventura Spa Palace, Playacar Palace or
Xpu-ha Palace.
- GDS
will also have a Hospitality Desk in the hotel to assist
you with any tour or activity bookings. Please print a copy
of this form prior to submitting, and bring it with you in your
carry-on. Tickets will be handed to you at the desk.
Change and Cancellation Policies:
* Changes on arrival flight must be notified via e-mail to GDS at least 48 hours prior to arrival: manifiestosgds@palaceresorts.com . Changes on departure flights must be reported at the Group Hospitality desk at least 48 hours prior to the flight schedule.
* Cancellations of transportation requests will be accepted 1 day (24 hours) prior to the arrival date.
* Cancellations with less than 24 hours, on site cancellations or “No Shows” will be full charged.
Method of payment:
* The total cost of transportation will be charged to the room account upon arrival to the hotel.
